- Order Placement and Payment
Our unique designs are only put into production when you as our individual client orders it. Once you place the order, we ask for a 50% deposit payment which activates the fabric sourcing and manufacturing process. Once activated this process cannot be stopped, and no changes can be made to the order. This includes style, size, customised bust and sleeve length, and addition of the day and/or evening collar and cuff sets. Therefore please consider your needs before placing your order. If you choose to cancel the order at any time after the order is placed, the payment cannot be returned due to costs already incurred. Payments for the garment are accepted online on our website or by phone with a credit card or in person at a personal showing.
We pay for all shipping charges. You can decide on the geographical destination of shipment of your jacket. Our third-party delivery providers may ask for a signature on delivery for security purposes, and will make a number of attempts of delivery before it is returned to us. Delivery times may vary from time to time in accordance with local conditions such as weather or industrial action. We cannot take responsibility for such external events but we will do all we can to expedite the shipment. Usually we are able to deliver the finished garment within 8-10 weeks of order placement.
- No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
Each jacket is made to individual order and so personalized to you as the individual client in terms of style, size, colour, and further chosen options Therefore we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after the order has been placed. However, if you let us know within 72 hours of garment receipt that there is a quality issue with the garment (including photos to show the specific issues), our tailors will address the issue immediately at our cost unless the garment has been used or exposed to other than regular wearing.
